Voiced consonants(Dakuon) and semi-voiced consonants(Han-dakuon)

The ga,za,da,ba-row is voiced consonant. Dakuon has a sonant mark ゛.
And pa-row is semi-voiced consonants. Han-dakuon has a P-sound consonant mark ゜.
In modern Japanese, "じ" and "ぢ" are pronounced the same. And "ず" and "づ" are the same,too.
